Philosophy
"The customer is always right," my grandmother once told me as a young man. I have never forgotten those words in my eighteen years of serving the needs of my clients.
No two properties or clients' expectations are exactly the same; hence, I proceed with great care to ensure that I know your needs and requirements for your personal real estate transaction. I refer to this as the "Golden Rule of Customer Service." I will not compromise this principle.
It was my father who told me "Michael, if you are going to do something in life, do it right the first time and give it your all." He was right!
Following these principles, I hope to set a new "Standard of Excellence" in real estate - I commit 110% of my experience and energies in all phases of your transaction with satisfaction "Guaranteed."
Biography
First exposed to the Real Estate Industry over a decade ago, I ventured off with my life savings and high expectations to purchase my first home in the beautiful wine-country of Northern California. Like most before me, my experience was less than flawless and came with an ounce or two of anxiety and frustration. Nevertheless, I survived the journey and realized how much I enjoyed helping individuals and families manage this process... hopefully flattening out hidden bumps down the road of real estate.
As a Realtor in Northern California in the early 1990's, I discovered quickly that I could combine my love of research and analysis (Thank you UC Davis Econ Dept) and my applied corporate sales and marketing background (Black & Decker and Chevron), which enables me to deliver a consultative, results-oriented approach to buying and selling real estate - making the experience more comfortable and rewarding for all parties involved.
Today I make my home in The Woodlands, Texas. As a parent, I am grateful to live in a community focused on providing educational, cultural, athletic, and civic outlets for all its residents. I am "SOLD" on The Woodlands for many reasons and hope to provide every individual and family considering a real estate transaction a process that preserves fond memories, protects financial investments, and prevents those often felt bumps in the road.
