Property Management

In my first decade of work I discovered an inherent need by sellers and landlords to have some situations that require 'effective' property management. Property Management is a field unto itself and requires great time commitment and attention to finite details. I have discovered that I can offer this service in a 'hybrid' format that both meets my sellers immediate (if not temporary) need while keeping their expense down for my service. I charge nothing!

For this reason I offer a passive property management approach to real estate that is offered to my established clients, primarily landlords, who need my professional intervention to handle (mitigate) rare and often single-event situations. There is no fee! However, in the unique circumstance where extraordinary time is required I will make arrangements for nominal compensation for services rendered...a good chardonnay goes a long way!

I have found that with proper coaching and training I can establish my investor clients with the free tools and mechanisms to have virtually 'hassle-free' tenant/landlord relationships so needless to say I work extra hard to secure highly qualified and responsible tenants for my good clients that in theory can provide low risk and zero property management cost.
